Location and price range.
No towels in room, not even to dry hands after using toilet! Only after asking for the third time did I get towels at 19:00 that evening.

the scratch of the tree branches on the roof it keeps one awake. May be this is only on the top floor.

The friendliness of the staff and the relaxed and warm welcome. The breakfasts are also great. This is the second time I have stayed at the hotel and it has been wonderful on both visits. Staff are caring and helpful.

Honestly no reason to complain. Location near restaurants and pubs, and interesting shops. Also, very close to the popular attractions in town. Great location, new-fashioned twin room with bedrooms, a large balcony and amazing views from the balcony. Early check-in and late check-out, parking outside.

Breakfast was exellent. Rooms neat. Beds comportable. Bathroom clean and tidy. Good ambience. Favour historic building. Luxurious atmosphere.
Would have liked an extra blancket. Otherwise lovely.
